CityZoom 1.0 beta released

This is the first version to be beta tested by other institutions.

The main features are:

• Master plan rule simulation Tool
• Tools for inputing existing cities and planning new ones
• Integrated GIS tool (Mosaic)
• 3D visualization using OpenGL library
• Imports and exports dxf files
• Easy to use interface
• Windows XP look and feel
